Does anybody have a detailed ilustration on how to put a unorthodox racing pulley without messing everything up. I received the instructions but still a little hesitent to do it without a little more information. Let me know if you have anything that will facilitate this process.

I've installed over a dozen of the Pineapple kits with no complaints. (I live local, which helps as Rob showed me how he installs them). There's been two big issues I've seen and posted about. 1) There were batches of bad bearings which no matter what you did, failed. I never had one and I think this was limited to 1 batch of parts. 2) Over tightening the belt - this is incredibly common and probably the number 1 failure I have seen.

 

Is the pineapple racing pulley the same as the unorthodox racing one? I'm pretty sure Unorthodox Racing went out of business a good 10-15 years ago.
