Turbo!!!

hi!

my first turbo doesnīt works..my turbos works at 4500Rpm and it should work att 2000Rmp.so the first little turbo doesnīt work at its should..

I have change the TCA (Turbo Control Actuator) but it still doesnīt work..

I have check the Pressure chamber and the Vaccum chamber and I have Pressure (vacuum) in both....

so whatīs the next thing I have to do??

Thanks for the helping!!!

I dont think there really is anything you can do. Ur turbo is toast. Unless a vacumn line is off. And check ur map sensor on the fire wall.

If he is getting any boost at all, its not the map sensor. It's most likely just a vaccum hose popped off. How many miles are on the turbos? were there any symptoms of failure before? or did they just stop working?

Yes sounds like one of the vaccum lines came off on one of the two solnoid where its mounted on the intake dynamic chamber.

I bought this car for two months ago and by then it was already like this. I didnīt knew that the turbo should start at 2000Rpm, I thought that it would just start at 4500Rpm. And now I know that it should start at 2000Rpm...
Everything is original with my car, no mods at all.
I have 105.000 Km on my car..

Thanks for the help!

Make sure that your prespool flapper is tightly closed. The actuator rod is threaded if you need to adjust it. That or boost leaks are about the only thing that will cause that kind of problem.

i find it wierd that your car boosts like that. i always thought the secondaries need the primaries to spool at least 8psi before it would kick in.
