hi,
can someone please inform me how to apply permatex ultra grey gasket maker?
i used to use loctite directly and then tighten the bolts but now i have a permatex tube and it says to hand tighten the bolts and after 30 minites final tighten the bolts.
is it right or wrong if i tighten the bolts imediately?
or maybe someone can advice me?

please note that i want to sealthe differential. is it ok the ultra grey?
i searched some forums and many state that the grey is for all purposes???

Gray should be fine. Follow the application instructions. The reason they want you to wait 30 min before final tightning is so that all of the sealant doesnt squeeze out before it hardens.
