My car has these symtoms:

1. hard to start (seems to be flooding)
2. idle is rough
3. Pops and backfires a lot
4. When i rev it up it's sometimes slow to rev back down
5.My Apexi AVCR shows 4.xx voltage whether my foot is on or off the gas.
This just started happening after getting the tranny replaced. Might be coincidence?
Does this sound like the TPS sensor?

 

Also i am showing error code 12 Throttle sensor - full range


Is this causing my car to dump too much fuel at startup because it's reading 4.xxxx volts?

Do i need to even bother testing the TPS or is the AVCR telling me what i need to know?
