Red face tiny lamp in Security light

Does any one know where to get the tiny light bulb for the Security Light on the console? The lamp is attached to its own socket and was easily removed from the Security light housijng. I called a Mazda parts place and according to them the lamp is not sold separately. The Security light housing/switch is $65.

I did this myself. Radio shack has little lights that are exactly the same size and it cost me $2 for a pack of two or three and about 15 mins to do. The bulb is in a little black holder that you can get out with a screw driver. Just use a pin to unwrap the wires from the holder and wrap the wires from the new light around. Insert back inside and it works great! It feels good to save $60!

I really wish I would have known about that a few months ago when I replaced mine. I think I paid around $60.00 for that stupid thing. Plus there is a Radio Shack less than one mile from my house. Son of a!!!!!!
