Angry Timing light testing.....

Some of you may know im fighting a high boost misfire problem...

today i changed the spark plugs. problem persisted.

About half an hour ago i decided to use my timing light to make sure every plug was firing. they all were... but under closer examination their seemed to be a misfire in the car just sitting at idle. So i held the car at somewhere around 1200 rpms and yup still missing occoasionally, probably once every 10 seconds.... So what is the next logical step in my situation?

Could it be the haltech causing the misfire? i never had this problem with my stock ecu. but then again i never tried to run 15 psi with the stock ecu or tested it with a timing light.

any direction in what i should test next would be appreciated.
