Swapped motor: Doesn't start

Here's the back story. The engine that was originally in the car had a coolant leak. The original starter harness on this car did not have all the harnesses. I made another post (here: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...-side-1060290/
and figured out the 3 wires with help from Bonzai racing. The old car ran without an issue(other than the coolant leak).

One year later, I finally swapped the motor and did not start. Here is what I know:

*There is spark. I used a inline spark plug tester.
*Starter cranks.
*The PFC shows ~15% injector duty while cranking and ~200-300rpm while cranking
*This is what my PFC shows in the diagnostics:

I'm thinking I may have my fuel lines crossed as well. But I smell fuel while trying to start the engine:

Never mind I just got it started. Cranked it for a long time and the engine eventually started. It wasn't Smooth because the ic wasn't connected. My garage was filled with smoke so I'll try it again when I can get rid of the old gas and move the car outside.

There's a drain plug on the gas tank to get the old gas out to replace with fresh.

Also, it can take a bit to pressurize the fuel system when first starting. I usually jumper the F/P and ground connectors in the diagnostic box to run the fuel pump, that pressurizes the system and makes it easy to look for leaks.

The IC not being connected won't change anything.
