Suspension questions! Need advise

A workshop is letting go of a used HKS Hipermax II for a good price. However it is for a FC. I drive a FD. The mechanic claims it is the same and it can fit. I checked with HKS but they say it can't. Anyone have any knowledge about this? Thanks

Go to a different mechanic. They will not fit. Those coilovers don't have good characteristics for the FD anyway, IMO.

Yup sounds like the guy wants to rip you off. Maybe take off your stock ones, and repaint them whatever color the HKS ones are lol.

Haha! Thanks for the info guys. I thought he was trying to rip me off. I doubted it myself but was wondering if anyone had modified it before. Guess not! Thanks anyway I'll stick to my stock suspensions then
