Shifting problem

ok after finding my issues with my bov and solving a boost leak my car acted up awhile back, a few months back a mater of fact. i was coming back from hartford early in the morning a noticed the shift was being a bit stuborn. i didnt really pay much attention to it cause later that day after i stoped driving and it was fine. up until yesterday i was tryin to turn into a local shell station to get gas, i was waiting in neutral for traffic to clear. as i go to put it into first i felt a sudden Thud in the shifter and no luck it couldnt go in at all i tryed second no luck and all the other gears inc reverse. i attempted to pump the clutch a few, nothing. i put the four ways on got out n expected it really quick lookin under the car for ne thing out of the ordinary, nothing. until this *** hole in a lil truck decides to lay on his horn and i start flippin the f out on him and tried to put it into first pissed of with some force and voila. it went in. and seemed ok. i went to the local meeets that night and it started being slugish again. i think it might be the shifter bushings possibly, just wondering if ne one has had this sort of problem b4. any help would be useful im not much of a transmission person.

Get your clutch hydraulics checked out and make sure your clutch release fork isn't broken.
