Re: ??'s On Injector Size
Originally posted by Flyinbiya hey guys just wondering if 1600cc inj. would be to big with these mods : full exhaust from down pipe to all the way to tailpipe, pfc ,fmic, apexi intake ,fuel pump{255} ,polished turbo piping, msd wires ,ngk platinum ,and greddy elbo.please let me know what u think?thanx Sorry I forgot how this inj thread got started. IS all that installed? and not the PFC? With full exhaust you will most likely need a boost controller. No I don't BNR's...but I have just built the base platform to support the III's (except fuel). |
whats the base platform for them ?

One are the injector clips, which I do have here. You will also need a couple 90degree bends for the regulator along with some fuel line. In the next couple of days Im going to figureout pricing and probably offer all of that in the kit, so there are no problems. That will raise the price a little, but less headache for you. Originally posted by Flyinbiya whats the base platform for them ? aluminum rad/AST (and replaced all water hoses) cleaned balanced inj (replace fuel filter)...inj/pump will need to be upgraded (1300's, maybe regulator too) ported wastegate Non-seq conversion (w/ silicon vac lines) all 9's ceramic coated some stuff (deal with heat) dp/catback/pullies/CAI PFS PMC/(going with SMIC, in the process) Hard intake pipes/efini y-pipe there is probably some things I'm forgetting at the moment...but I'm just preparing now for when I can budget the rest...fuel sys and III's. |
BTW, with the extra info up there that Jason provided.. that will get you everything you need except for the resistor needed for the 1600's and the PFC.

The III's setup seems to me to be A LOT cheaper than going single...and I'm not looking for the power that is achievable with the single set-up (I'd probably go way overboard with that)
