Quick Question about Seq System

I am having boost problems with my transition , its 10-6-10...so i checked my main cat and replaced it with a midpipe. soo.... i unplugged thw wastegate and got 7 5 7 could it just be my wastegate solenoid? any input would be great.. thanks guys



also mods are: full exhaust, and intake, air pump elimination kit. vac lines, new check valves, new pressure chamber and vacuum chamber. new cca solenoid, tca solenoid awhile ago.

No. It's not the wastegate solenoid. Its another part of the system preventing the transition from going past 6psi.

You probably need new turbo control solenoids, whichever one you didn't replace. Or you might want to adjust the pretension on your precontrol flapper - reduce it.

how do i reduce it? i havent heard of that before?

Ill check out the tca and other solenoids tomorrow morning...but since i dont have a pfc or aftermarket ic im gonna leave the wastegate solenoid unplugged, ill be fabbin up a FMIC here next week.
