Question for the Pro

Okay! Does the RX7 have a maf sensor? IE like the supra and eclipse, where if you installed a aftermarket bov , would it cause the car to have irratic idle problems? due to the air being release into the atmosphere? Help

No, the FD (3rd gen RX-7's) work off a Speed Density System not a Mass Air Flow like most others. We have a MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor which works with the ECU and other sensors to determine which fuel/ignition maps to use.
