That looked like Mazda just built it! very nice man.
I,m assuming you used a base and clearcoat?

even painting in a booth you get a liitle dust in the paint, have you got a extractor because it looks so clean for what looks like your garage.

The car should be completely done in a week or two, except for the seats, so I will post some better pics then. Thanks every-one for the response. I figured I am going to have this car for a while so I might as well do it right, especially if you are going to change the color of a car. it was alot of work but is really showing to be well worth it. I cannot wait to get the motor work done. I must save some bling, bling though first. Well, there is always the credit card???? Bad idea....maybe

To MP5 question about the paint. It is a base coat clear coat, I would never use a single stage paint for the exterior of a car. Single stage paints dont have a very good UV protection, tend to fade very quickly, and just dont look as good in general. I dont have an exhaust fan in my garage, so it did get very cloudy when I was spraying, but remember, I rented a paint booth for the exterior panels. If you clean your garage very well and wet the floor down before you spray you can get a very clean job. It is almost impossible to duplicate a factory paint job, even in the nicest paint booths. Factorys' have multi-millionaire dollar equipment and everything is computer controlled,( air temp, air quality, spray patterns and pressure, etc.) However, with a good knowledge of painting, the right products, and a lot of time wet sanding and buffing, you can get a finish that is 10x better than a factory job, it will look like glass....
