Problems With The 7 :(

Hey guys...Im needing some assistance once again...Every since I got my car (2 months ago) occasionally it acts up....And its starting to do it alot lately...First off... In the mornings when I start my car, It jumps up to 2,200rpm really quick and after about 20 seconds it comes back down to normal. Now Im not really sure if thats normal, but I figured I would ask....

My other issue is...The car has a ruff idle on occasion and dies pretty regularly... I have put new plugs, air filter, fuel filter, changed oil( knew it wouldnt help), and I ran a tank of 101 octane in it yesterday hoping it would clean up on the injectors and what not... What should I check next? Im thinking the injectors?!?! Could this possible be the Apex seals going bad? What do I need to watch out for to catch the Apex seals going bad?

Sorry about all the questions guys, Thanks for the help

The high rev at idle is normal. Its the aws system. Accelerated warm-up system. And my guess as far as the car dying every so often is that you have a vacuum leak somewhere...Also, this is probably not it, but check your map sensor hose.
