Is there a puddle at all under your car after you park it? Is the car smoking? If the T78 has a dry center section like you say then the stock coolant passages should be blocked off. I have mine blocked off with rubber caps, maybe the shield sliced on of those open? They are near the front of the motor just under where the airpump would be. HTH

That could sounds like one of them, one point back toward the firewall and one point down and out towards the passenger fender (if I remember correctly). I tried to find a diagram that shows it but I don't have one here, but if you have them plugged with threaded inserts that probably isn't the problem. Where is the puddle forming under the motor?
