ive not got a boost gauge, the cars totally standard, its not drop a few psi, when it does it, i just stop bogs like when you run out of petrol and try and boot, thats why i said possibly fuel related but i havent got a clue

I would put on a boost gauge so that you can tell the difference between a boost problem and a fuel problem.

Yup, get a boost gauge in there first and foremost.
Also, stay active on rx7club, but (if you haven't done so yet) you should def register on two of the UK based rx-7 forums: www.mazdarotaryclub.com and www.fduk.org/forum/. I would suggest taking it to RE:worx, they are located in Portsmouth and VERY good at what they do. I drive down from Cambs to have any major jobs done/problems sorted. Chris, Geff and Max are brilliant fellows and will take good care of you (tell them that Levi, the yank, sent you ^_^) Grats on getting a 7, welcome to the cult!! |
