problem with door latch

problem with door latch

my driver door handle dosent lift up at all, it opens fine from the inside whats the best way to start the diog-nostic?

Pop off the interior plastic cover carefully. Behind that you'll see two nuts, remove them. Pull the exterior door handle assembly out and disconnect the linkage/wires. Troubleshoot....
