Question Is this possible?

Is it even possible for a car to be running with 5-7psi compression on all 3 sides?

considering a spec motor should be at 100 psi or greater, I don't think a motor with 7 psi on all three faces would run. I think you are getting psi units mixed up with kg/cm^2, which should be 7 or higher.
