Ok I did some research, but came up with nothing. I am new to the heavy mods. Does this work with an automatic tranny? Any and all info about this would be appreciated!

Go to that site

And i believe it is one of the very very few ECUs that works with the automatic tranny

It will work with an automatic. PFS advertises it as the only one that will work with an automatic. This may or may not be true, I'm not sure.

They also advertise it as having 3 horsepower settings,
300, 330, and 360. What they don't tell you is that you will need another few k in mods to acheive those levels.

PFS does not make the unit. They only sell it.
EFI makes it:

I have one with the latest firmware update (Apr 99) and a keypad for sale if anyone is interested. $500 including shipping in the continental U.S. PM me if you are interested.

Is that for an auto? What is it set up for?

The same unit works on a manual or auto transmission. With the keypad you can put in whatever tuning you want. It is currently setup for a car with an intake, stock mount IC, downpipe, high flow cat, and cat back exhaust, but I also have the original maps that it came with that could be re-entered easily by hand. They are setup for the same stuff, minus the high flow cat.

It should not be a problem to find a map that will "get you into the ballpark" for whatever setup you have. If you want to take it to the next level, dyno tuning is required for any kind of engine management system. So you could get it and run safely and a little rich, and then dyno tune later if you wanted to.

There is an email list for users (and the folks that make the unit at EFI Systems) to exchange information that is a good source of maps and other setup info: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EFIPMSlist/

It connects to the stock harness (no cutting) and is pretty easy to install. I installed it in the parking lot at a track event back in 99. I went single turbo and wanted to run bigger injectors, so I switched to the PowerFC later.
