Pass Window Stuck Down

HI EVERYONE,
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MANUALLY RAISE THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW?

Check to see if the window lock button in on. That will prevent the window from rolling up, AND TURN YOUR CAPS OFF.
