One more try!!!!
Ok, boost pattern of 10-8-5, can anyone tell me what is involved with the second turbo kicking on, i believe that i am only getting boost from my primary turbo after 4500 RPm's, Could that cause a 5 psi reading???? It looks like me and ADAMRX7 are having the same boost problems, and we have both checked almost everything except the actuators that control the boost and prespool, i think... The ones that are towards the front side of the turbo.... Any help would be appreciated....

When does it happen... in every gear or only in 1st and 2nd?
Does it happen when the car is cold or warmed up?
How about if you are already over the switch over point... >4500 rpms and then step on it?
Sorry for all the questions but it is a complicated system. I have had to deal with so many problems... I switched initially to nonsequential and then to single.

I have the same exact problem as well. It seems to be an intermitten problem for me. Most fo the time the second turbo doesnt come on after switch over. It goes from 10psi to 5 and sometimes 2 or 3 other times it switches over and I get 11 psi on secondary. I let me know when you find out the problem. I am sure I have the same one. I think its the actuator myself.

A blind wild *** guess would be that one of the turbo control solenoids have gone bad.
ZoomZoom, I bet that you had no problems initially when the engine was cold and as it warms up you start having problems... now it maybe all the time. Also the problem is probably worse in the lower gears. That is classic for a turbo control solenoid failure... I forget if it is the vacuum or pressure... but it is the one located by itself deep under the intake manifold.
The way to test it for sure is to remove it, check the resistance across it cold and then warm it up... it will go open curcuit.
Just buy a new one and you should be good. Don't buy a used one because they will fail quicker.
