well, here's the e-mail i got back in response to my inquiry.

Racing Beat also makes an adapter. I got one a couple months back and finally got around to installing it. It's designed for an rx8 but fits the FD fine.

WTF was Mazda thinking!? I was looking at this adaptor for my FD, but maybe i'll get one for the wife's RX8 too after reading about the dummy gauge |
is the one on the respeed website the greddy unit? it seems like the way to go for me since its got the -10 line and im going to go dual oil coolers real soon.
