Offset headlights issue

When I turn on headlight switch, the passenger headlight doesn't open 100%. When I turn the switch off, the "opening cycle" continue a little bit (maybe 5%) before closing. And when it's closed, it has a 5% off too (if I turn switch on, it will continue closing cycle for about 5%).

Anyone has an idea?

Here's a short video, still encoding when I posted this message.

Simple! The arm on your motor headlight if off by a couple degree!

It's been a while since I'v had stock headlights but as I recall, the arm is attached to the headlight motor with a nut that holds the arm in position. Loosen the nut and then you can adjust the arm by pulling it out slightly and moving it into the position you desire. It kind of clicks into place if this makes sense. Retighten the nut and you are good to go.

The arm is held into place on both ends, at the headlight motor and also at the housing bucket, but I can't remember if it is adjustable at the headlight bucket. If it is, this is the easier of the two places to adjust. Maybe someone can confirm if this end is adjustable.

Here is a pic of the assembly that should help:

Open the light and loose the nut on the motor headlight that retain the arm and move the arm until the headlight is completly in upper position. You can also compare the position of the arm with your other headlight!

The best way to do it is to have the front bumper off to have full access to the motor headlight.
