FL Odometer Not Working

I read the how to on replacing the capacitors, but "before" that is there anything else that could be causing the speedometer/odomoter to stop working.

Any fuse that ONLY impacts the speedo?

Just hoping for something short of removing the cluster.

Thanks for any ideas.

No fuse only for that and probably not anything else. Grounding can cause the speedo to go out. If you've done any work on the right passenger side prior to this happening then you can check the grounds there (in the plastic by the ECU) but it's probably the capacitors.

As an alternative to fixing it yourself, I'd highly recommend these guys:

http://www.dnaspeedometers.com/

They're really close to you and they only charge you for what is broken versus most everyone else that charges one flat fee ($250+). Ask for Andrew. He quoted me around $70 last time I spoke with him.

Good luck.
