non sequential boost issue

i just convert sequental to non, but i'm only geting 3psi boost. can anyone help me?

my mods are full non sequen, intake, full pipe, stock intercooler, altinator and water pump pulleys, and power fc.

1. Turbo Control Gate Actuator safety wired open?

2. Wastegate solenoid connected with original lines (with the restrictor pills)?

3. Turbo Pre-Control solenoid disconnected?

Those should all be true.

Yep, you've got the actuator gate wired the wrong way.
