i hear a clacking noise coming from my left foot panel sounds like a circuit opening an closing just like if you had the flashers on , but once I hear that noise my car will not start. Any ideas it looks like the circuit box on the far left front closer to the rest pedal. I think is called the CPU flasher Unit. It has one big plug on top and Two small ones on the bottom.

 

here is what i am refering to.
the claking sound comes from one of the black boxes and is the one that has 3 plugs going in to it one big one from the top and two small ones from the bottom.

 

I think I found the problem it is the starter cut relay
