Question MPH & shift points ?

On a 1993 w/5-speed, what are the MPHs for each gear at 7000 RPM and 7500 RPM ?

I may be off just a bit, but.

this is for 8k.

1st 40mph, 2nd 70mph, 3rd 100mph, 4th 140mph, 5th 200mph.

I say 140 at about 7000 rpm's is quite accurate. It is right about 150 when I shift into 5th in mine. I think I shift into third at about 105. I shift at about 8200 rpm's, sometimes 8300 or 8400 at max!

hehe, i know 2nd-5th on what i posted is 100% correct..

when i had the bridge port i could do

1st 45, 2nd 80, 3rd 120, 4th 160, 5th your kidding right i didnt have that big of *****.

Gear Ratio/Speed Calculator

If you shoot me an email at samhi.si@gmail.com I can send you a little gear ratio calucator in Microsoft Excel that lets you plug in gear ratios and your final drive along with wheel size. it automatically calucates tire roll-out and gives you speed in each gear, 1-6, at every 100rpm up through 10rpm I believe.
