LSD Question

I just had an LSD, 4.33 gears and pinion, chromoly axels, upper and lower drag links installed on my FD. Under full left or right turns I get lots of chatter and the gear box makes some noise when driving. Some say it's normal others say no, anyone have any experience with this setup?

I have 4.33 gears in my car and I don't get any chatter, but mine is an auto so I think its in your clutch or the lash is set wrong in the rear end gears. did a shop do the work ? if so take it back and have them check it out.

The LSD is making the noise. It's normal.

What type of LSD do you have as some are nosier then others. I’ve owned two cusco LSD’s that were probably the nosiest things I have ever heard…. But its normal man, I use to avoid clutch engagement by not giving it to much gas while turning. Like in parking lots I would give it enough to move forward then just idle turn, but as soon as I give it anymore gas it would engage and start chirping tires…

Yeah same as the other guys. My kazz chatters at low speeds in turns, but I just do what putnamj does and turn while coasting. Any power and it feels like the rear end is going to yank loose.

Waking a thread from the dead lol, actually turned out that a bearing inside the Kaaz 2 way was not seated properly and was causing my excessive noise.

Now I have virtually no noise from my Kaaz 2 way , and Im using Motul 90 oil that seems to do the trick......

Too bad you paid someone to do that.

That's precisely why I learned to do it myself.
