Lights are on Buzzer?

Lights are on Buzzer?
I've never heard a buzzer or bell when the lights are left on. So I'm wondering if there is such a thing and mine just isn't working?
Anyone had experience fixing this (if it's there)?

It's your CPU#2. Mines done the same thing for almost 4 years now. No lights on dings, seatbelt dings, or coolant, rpm, ect buzzer. It located to the left of the footrest on the driverside near the fusebox.
