koyo modifications for vmount setup

hi,
i am planing my custom made vmont setup.i will use a koyo rad.since i do not have any koyo drawing i need your help to understand what modifications needd to make .
can anyone advice?
should i take a standard koyo or a nflow one?
should i transfer the return outlet to the same side with the inlet?is it posible with the nflow or not?
any help is apreciated.
i am not going with a kit because i want a custom made intercooler to keep my battery position so the new intercooler must have specific dimeensions. thanks!!!

Search for past threads on the topic. Anyone that knows won't feel like retyping it for you.

You could also get this since your getting a custom IC and don't want a kit.

This is how I did it. Pics should be good enough with the explanations. It really is not that difficult, any good welder should be able to figure it out. Just don't forget the separator plate that goes INSIDE the upper end tank.

Honestly why don't you just order one form Jason at RX7store.net. Much easier (and possibly cheaper) unless you already have a koyo.

I get a few emails a week on our radiator. No need to do the Koyo N Flow when converting to a vmount because when we modify the radiator we make it a Triple pass ( or Dual) anyway with the modified endtank.
