The shipping company came last saturday and took my car away...it makes me feel better to know that it went to a very good home. Here's 2 pics I took before I watched it drive away :(

LOL....glad to know you guys care. I spent a lot of time on top of a large building thinking............and i finally decided not to jump.

JK, it was a sad day, but it was necessary at the time. Oh and I'll post new pics in a few weeks, I dont think I'll look as sad in these ones tho ;)

Man I should be insensitive and tell you to suck it up but your sitch touches a rarely-touched nerve and one I don't want to contemplate on. I'd rather my FD totalled in a fireball blaze of glory than watch it flat-bedded off into the sunset. Having closure over a gf/spouse who passed away is easier than knowing she moved on to a new home for whatever reason, imho. Being enjoyed by someone else... :(

and for me, ill never sell my FD, thats the reason why i bought it cause i love it..but if i knew i would be in debt for any reason (not likely, im VERY stable right now :D ), then ill sell it in a heartbeat..

the day the guy came to pick up my 95 supra i was heartbroken, but i had my fd to come home to so it was ok... I have to say the last drive in the supra was nice and i think it put a curse on my 7 for selling it. I drove the 7 for about 2 more weeks, then it blew up... haven't driven it since... hehe, well i will be soon

Heh, just notcied this thread. Im the new owner ;) Have big plans for this one, just started tearing the interior apart and getting my hands on a mazdaspeed kit and getting her ready for a full reapint. Ill take progress shots and hopefully by spring she'll be done. Big plans motor wise to, just havent figured out where I plan to stop, I want to keep it a fun, reliable car withing 375-400 horse. BTW: 2nd FD, also have an 03 evo which im getting rid of soon.
