installing apexi gauge controller help

I am putting in the apexi EL2 gauges and it requires a gauge controller like the defi units. My question is, where do I tap this wire into? I think that's the power source line. Thanks

If it is for the power, I would go for some sort of constant 12v power, that turns on with the car, or maybe just the accessory 1 click.

yes, it's just for power...so which one would be a constant 12v power? if it's color coded, you know which color?
