Idle Problems

ok so i have a problem...

every once in a while my idle will seem to get stuck at 2500-3000
doesnt bounce just sticks somewhere around there

last time i just turned the screw next to the throttle cable to make it go back down...but im wondering if theres something causing it?

thanks

a vaccum leak after the TB would cause that.

Would depend on how bad the leakw as. In theory it should. i had a vac leak but my idle raised to 2K and held.

Check simple stuff first... pop off you're throttle cable. Maybe the tension got to high from the nuts not being tight enough? adjust the idle air bleed screw...
