CA How to fix the gap between the car body and the spoiler

I bought a fiber glass Mazdaspeed replica rear spoiler from EPR performance,

https://www.epr-int.com/rx7-fd3s-maz...d-rear-spoiler

But when I tried to install the spoiler, I found out there was a little gap between the vehicle body and the spoiler after I inserted four screws.

this is the left side of the spoiler, you can see there is a gap on left hand

this is the right side of the spoiler, you can see a gap in the middle.

Anyone have a similar situation and know how to fix this?
+ I will wrap the car after I fix this problem.

Is that an aftermarket spoiler? Doesnt look like it fits well, you may need some fiberglass work to clean it up.

Judging by the pic, it looks like you are going to need to sand the spoiler mounting surface so that it is flat and has a chance of fitting w/o the large gap. Your part is very wavy and definitely not flat...

That's the problem with aftermarket knock offs. Fitment.

No, the problem with "replicas" is blatant IP infringement.
The fitment is a minor issue when you consider the prices are 30% of the real thing.

I don't disagree however IP infringement has nothing to do with the thread starter's problem.
