Fuses are a good place to stat also check your leads to the engine compt. if you did the relocation it should not be to hard if you had it done good luck finding it check under the passenger rail on the door going through the housing into the engine bay or pull up the carpet and check along the collom through the center of the car you might have cut or melted one of the wires on its way to the engine. the last thing i would try is hooking up to jumpers again if you can start then something is draining the batery and it is eating it fast from what you said check for apliances hooked up to the battery sub, lights, amps... something and make sure you have it all run through your auxilliary switch or you have a cut off to shut power off to it turning off your car doesnt turn off the battery. next if you still cant figure **** out check the battery for fluid levels if your juice is low you could be drying out your cells and it could cause problems for you there to. good luck post what happened

check the battery voltage without it hooked in(12-13volts)..then start the car and check voltage..it sounds like you either have a short, alternator is not right,or something is draining your battery..if the battery is new,I would be looking at the cables, connections, and also what the voltage is when the car is on(and supposed to be charging the battery, which is somewhere around 14 volts..it varies) .oh..and make sure that you are turning the key to OFF..may sound crazy but on my car the key can be taken out befpre the off position, and found out that the clock display would run the car down(duh!)..good luck
