Help ignition problems

cant get my car to start. i think it has to be the ignitor. but please feel free to pitch in. it turns over but wont start. pulled a plug and its wet with fuel. then checked for spark but it is really really light. dont think enough to ignite fuel. dont know what a rotary spark looks like though. leading and trailing plugs are the same so i dont think it would be the coils. what else can it be? and how do i test coils. oh yea i already changed plugs and wires.

FSM states that it should be a strong blue spark. I am currently having trouble with my ignitor as well. Im only getting a weak orange spark on the trailing plugs and they are covered with fuel after trying to start the car.
