Help identifying a connector

1 Attachment(s)
Okay, I removed the intercooler crossover pipe today to replace some hoses and found this blue connector that I have no idea where it connects to. It doesn't look like it goes to the air pump since the connector there is hooked up and the water level sensor in the filler neck is hooked up as well. Can someone take a look at the pic and tell me if they recognize the blue plug and where it is supposed to go to?

Thanks in advance!

Can't see the pic, sorry. Might be the EGR sensor connector if it is blue and looks like it might connect over top of engine to passenger side.

Edit: pic just came up. Yep, I think that is the EGR sensor connector. If your car does not have an EGR valve, this connector would hang loose there.

Hey, that UIM looks like a million bucks, where didja get it ;)? Regarding the connector, I believe it's used for the auto tranny FD, it's nothing to worry about :).

From you, DUH! :)

Thanks for the info, I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't anything serious.

That looks like the EGR connector.

Is that a cracked hose I see in black, below the wg/pc solenoids?

Nope, just electrical tape wrapped around a wire.

It's got to be for the EGR. I have an automatic and have this same connector...unconnected.
