Help! differential mount?????

Im not sure if my diff mount is broken or its something else.Every time I shift and give it some gas it jurks in the back like I have boxes in the trunk and they hit the back.Im thinking it could be the diff mount thats what my mechanic sayed it could be,but he never realy looked at it so he wasnt sure. One more thing:how do I find the differential mount any ways?I jacked up the car today and looked all over around the differential area and couldent find it.Does any one have a pic of where its at or if some one could scan and post a pic of it from there shop manual,I would realy appreciate it thanks!

The mounts are located above the Diff. housing. Hard to see from underneath. A bracket with the mounts bolts to the top of the housing. The Noise could be those mounts OR a more likely/common culprit are the pillow-ball bushings on the rear suspension arms.6 in total. The Diff mounts are liquid filled and loose the rigidity after a few years.( 10 years or so for sure)

Have you checked your PPF? (Power Plant Frame) They have a tendency to crack either at the mounting points at the tranny or the Diff. housing. Jack the car up and put it on JACK STANDS, Get underneath and check the inside and out of the PPF for cracks. Mine craked at the Diff. mounts. The shifter would jump over to the passenfer side of the car and try to jump out! Made a TON of chatter as well.( Clunking, bangig, etc...) DAMNIT Clayne, too fast!!
