fuses get connected to the positive side of the battery.

you'll have to find you own hold down or look into rotary extreme's battery box for that battery.

It's a prety simple concept. One way to do it would be to remove the factory tray and look at it, then build a similar part to hold the smaller battery. The tray attaches to the chassis using a couple of bolts, and the battery attaches to the tray using those special long-threaded hooks, clamping apparatus & nuts to hold everything down. (sorry I'm not familiar with all the technical terms for the parts).

I'm planning on building something similar in a week or two, I just received my Oddysey battery today.

Hey Scotty305,

I have that exact battery and a custom battery box that bolts directly to the frame using existing threaded holes. I recently relocated a 51r sized battery to one of my bins in the cabin.

(Full disclosure: I swiched batteries because my mini battery was being discharged if I left the car sitting for more than a day and a half. So the battery may not be that good. However, my new also battery became discharged after sitting for 12 days, when I was in France. So I may have a battery drain issue and the PC 680 may be just fine...)

I'll sell you both for $50 shipped.

jpandes, I paid over $100 shipped for my pc680, I really hope it works. I've already got my bracket designed, but if my setup works and doesn't have any drain problems, I might have a friend or two who would be interested in your old one.

Thanks for the info either way, now I'll be sure to keep an eye on it...

Nick at N-tech Engineering also sells a bracket for a PC680 battery.
