so i just replaced my headlight relay abought a month ago (have not driven the car since) I installed a set of hid's. (i also put back the stock lights to test this problem) i get no low/high beems. but when i pull back the stick to "flash" my high beems, the lights will flash like they are supposed to...any ideas?

 

when u say a set of HIDs, you mean the little ballast and light bulb? or u have a specific kit

 

hid bulbs and ballasts....it does this even when i put the stock lights back in....

 

Put your hand on the Relay, Have your buddy turn your car to the on position and if you feel a click the relay is good, might be a messed up new relay.

Also make sure your wiring is good to both headlights, something might have been cut or loose.

 

i know where the relay is, are there any fuses i can check?
