Headlight Problems

Hey guys. I'm actually doing this for my dad. He's the one with the RX-7, I have a WRX and I know nothing about his car. The driver's side headlight flips up and down several times when he turns off the lights. Anyone know that the problem could be and how to fix it? Thanks guys!

Problem should be in the headlight relay. You could try switching it with the parking light relay and see if that helps out. Both relays are the same and have a blue top.

No problem. Just make sure no water is getting in the relay box. The fuel pump relay is located in there and may cause serious problems in the future if it goes bad while driving under hard conditions. Might as well check all the relays while you're at it.
