Hey guys,
I've been having problems with the Greddy Type-S boost controller that was just installed in my car. Basically the boost will not go above 6-7 psi no matter how you adjust the *****. The unit itself has power, and the solenoid was tested and works. All vacuum hoses were checked and there are no boost leaks either, so I really don't know what the problem is. The shop that installed it said that there may be something wrong with the unit itself, but I wanted to hear your guys' input before dismissing the unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

 

check that youre getting power to the solenoid and make sure youre feeding pressure to the controller unit.
