Fuel Pulsation Damper, Replace or Remove? What's the verdict?

Not long ago there was a thread debating the merits of completely removing the Fuel Pulsation Damper (FPD) and disabling where it is connected. I seem to recall that some members volunteered to be "guinea pigs" and committed to completely removing the FPD and reporting back on the results.

Okay you "guinea pigs" what's the verdict? Did you notice any operational/performance changes? Did any problems develop?

There wasn't any real final verdict. This is because many people have different opinions regaurding this subject. You can, however, read them here and form your own opinion. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Uuh, I Know About That Thread JONSKI

I'm very familiar with that recent thread and that opinions vary about removing or replacing the FPD. In fact, that was the thread I was referring to in my original post. My thread is intended to be a follow-up to that thread to find out the experiences of those who chose to remove the FPD.

In the previous thread Forum Members silvr94r2 and mjw said they intended to remove the FPD. Others were noncommittal. So how did things turn out guys?
