Fuel line help

ok well im in the process of upgrading my fuel system and i took out the stock hardline. Now i forgot how the fuel line hoses connected to the hardline. Bascailly all i need to know is what order do the feed/charcoal/return go from left to right from the lines off the firewall. Now if you looking at it from the front of the car which way would they go in order....

thanks
charlie

the one that is vertically higher than the others runs to the catch tank that sits on the elbow... that is the middle hose of the three.

now, from memory, the front one (closest to the front bumper) comes FROM the tank and goes into the front hardline in the nest... that leaves you with just one!

I know that if you look on the vacuum hose guide it is clearly marked which fuel line is supply and return etc..

i'll check tonight... but... as far as i remember.
my explanation wasn't bad - but lets try this again.

front - fuel into engine from tank
middle - vapour hose to elbow check tank (PCV)
rear - fuel return to tank

return is closest to firewall.
middle is the purge control.
inbound is the closest to the front bumper.

The hard lines under the car (from drivers side to center of car)
Fuel out to engine
Fuel return
Purge control to charcoal canister

Now I'm not absolutely certain that there isn't a variation in the hard line assembly on the engine. I rebuilt my own engine, as did my son (rebuilt his own) and we both have the sequence on the engine hard lines (from front of car to firewall)

Fuel in
PCV
Fuel return

we may have independently put our fuel lines in nonstandard sequence too! Next time I have the UIM off I'll have to check.

Sorry for this bump, but I am trying to figure this out too.

So looking at this picture is this the way it goes

Far left: FEED
Middle: RETURN
Far right: Vent

So really, the adapter needs to be on the far left and middle lines?
