Few Problems....need help

Alright so i got the car started today after installing my Greddy FMIC but im having some problems. first i got a smaller battery, but it still wont fit, and im not sure how to get it to fit or do i need a smaller battery. second there was a bit of white smoke coming out of the exhaust..i know this usually means bad seals but i dont understand how the car could run fine with no smoke and then sit for about a week or two and start smoking. third i revved the engine but got no boost. if anyone can help me with any of these problems id appriecate it thank u.

You may want to do some digging and find out if Turbojeff's 51R battery tray fits with that IC. But, I believe it's supposed to work with the stock size battery, just turned sideways. Did you get the instructions and everything for the IC?

The white smoke could very likely be condensation - with the weather getting colder and the car sitting for a while, it's quite possible there was a good amount of water that condensed in the exhaust. I wouldn't be immediately worried about it.

It's not easy to get boost revving the motor in the driveway. Go drive it and see what's up. It's quite possible you have a loose connection on the intercooler piping - if so, you'll get a big "woosh" sound and the car won't go anywhere .
