FD Rotor reusable?

Hi guys, I'm new to this site so unsure how to fully completely use this site but I'm curious if this rotor is reusable or not? There's a chip piece near the apex

Measure the apex seal slots per the factory service manual. That gouge near the apex seal could have caused the apex seal slot to narrow. If measurements are within the factory specs, you can sand down that gouge so there are no rough edges. There are also more measurements to confirm besides just the apex seal slots, take a look at the factory service manual.

Yep you can use that if the apex seal groove is good. Also make sure that dent doesn't have any high spots or small burrs that could be a hot spot.

A new rotor is always better but if you are doing a rebuild on a budget there's nothing wrong with that. It will be covered in carbon soon enough any how.

like everyone says that would clean up, but make sure the rotor is actually good first. not fun to spend an hour filing to find out the side seal groove is bad or something
