My lights flip on perfectly but when it comes to turning them off they will not turn off or flip down. Everything will turn off when I turn the switch inside except for the lights, the lights stay on and up even when the car is off. Also, the lights turn on and off and flip up and down when I tap the positive cable to the positive on the battery. I'm just wondering if any of you have experienced this or know what the problem is.

 

id first try the relay that controls the headlights, to me it sounds like a bad ground or a blown fuse/ relay.
