OK, I've read about the all the loudest exhausts around. But what about something that still has the performance of the hi-flo while still being able to hear yourself scream in the cab??
I'm running a pretty much stock 96 RS except for some pod filters on the intake & a Mazspeed cat-back system. It's pretty quiet until I hit about 6000rpm then it screams like a banshee. (which is a good thing ;o) Is there anything I can do to give it s slightly more aggressive profile down low & maybe some better performance without being the loudest thing on the street when I'm just cruising?? :D

Again, check out the Greddy EVO. I have had mine on for a couple of weeks now and have been very happy. Nice subtle low exhaust not at idle and normal driving. Then race car at WOT. Right after having it installed, I went on a nice 2 and a half hour trip out of town. Could hear the stereo just fine during the trip. No headache or melted bumper at the end. It is a great system...and sounds really nice. When I revved it with my 6 year old in the car, he said it sounded like a lion....gotta like that.
