hi my 94 rx7 will not push it, i can not pedal to the floor because it boggs out and sounds like it back fires. it also says im goin lean too but i cant find the problem and the engine light is on so i dont know the codes either. give me some help

 

any mods?

 

yea it has like trust intercooler and pipes and knN filters im not sure if anything else is really touched but im sure it is, i did not do the work myself so i dont know whats in it really

ground the ten and grnd terminals together in the diag box. read the flashes for the code

 

yea this is how it goes

engine light stays on for for 2 seconds goes off for two seconds then it blinks 3 times and then stays off for 5 seconds and then it starts over agian. could you tell me what that is?

 

that's a 13 code which is the manifold pressure sensor. i'll let those with more experience expound on what the problem could be. here's the link to the cel codes. that home page is also a good reference for most problems/mods/upgrades/how-to's.

MAP sensor vacuum line has probably popped off. Any hissing near it? Car kicking out black smoke?

If everything is connected properly, it could also be that the sensor is bad. Most likely thou its just the above.

 

not really its pretty loud, but i think it does have a leak some where neart the turbos
