electrical problem

i have been have these problems lately
batery draining
erratic idle
wheni accelerate all my gauge cluster lights(batery charge, oil pressure, etc) light up then as i decelerate they turn off, also my rpms arent working correctly and come on and off every now and then and my add coolant light is always on. Theere is a ground down by the spark plugs that is not bolted down and a hole where it should go there is another bolt and i was gonna ground it there but when i unbolted it coolant started coming out so i just tightened it back again, could this be the reason the coolant buzzer is going off? But any help would be greatly appreciated i just need to no what the problem is.

With any electrical problem, the first thing to do is check all your fuses.

Then, fix your known ground problem and get back to us.
